Bart, owner/operator of BluStream Power Wash was awesome. He quickly responded to my inquiry and answered all my questions. His invoice was fair and I am extremely happy with the quality of his work. He used truck mounted equipment that used a gentle spray that was able to remove dirt and moss from my house, soffits and gutters. My house looks brand new! There is a chemical involved so I waited before posting this review to see if the chemicals had any effects on my plants or flowers and it did not. I highly recommend this young entrepreneur.
